Shipping Information & Policies
Shipping transit times will vary depending on the service you select. Packages that are shipped after 3:00pm on Fridays or on the weekend are not picked up by carriers until the following Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will typically ship the next business day.
Please understand that orders with all UPS service, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select, and UPS Ground do not deliver on weekends as part of the carrier's regular service.
Some packages shipped USPS may deliver on Saturdays depending on your local service. Always refer to your tracking information email for the delivery estimates and tracking updates.
ALL orders that require additional verification, anti-fraud verification, and/or address validation may be delayed for processing and/or shipping times depending on customer response time. We rely on you to give us the correct shipping information in your order and contact information so that we may contact you with any questions. Our customer service team will contact you via email and/or phone within 1 business day for orders that require additional verification. Responses that are received after hours or on holidays may delay shipments accordingly.
If your IP address and listed address do not match within reason or your billing, and shipping addresses do not match we will likely attempt to contact you via email to confirm your order details. We use a fraud detection system that warns of us recent fraud from multiple sources so that may also trigger a contact to confirm your identity and information. In some cases, this will delay order processing by 1 business day or as long as it takes you to respond to our email inquiries. To avoid these potential delays, we highly encourage shipping to your confirmed billing address and verifying your contact information on the order is correct so we can contact you in a timely manner. If we cannot reach you within 3-5 business days, we will cancel the order and refund you your money.
In the event that your order arrives with shipping damage US Airsoft, Inc. requires that the damage be reported to us within 5 business days of the delivery. We ask that you send a detailed description on how you received that package along with as many detailed photos as possible. Please do not discard any of the shipping material because photos of these items and inspection of them by an inspector may likely be required. All items should be kept exactly as you received them. Discarding any of the packaging may result in your claim being denied by the carrier.
US Airsoft, Inc. can help you open a claim with the shipping company for the damages caused. US Airsoft, Inc. will do its best to make sure that we help you through this process and get your replacement shipped to you as soon as possible. Most major shipping companies have Damaged Package Forms you can download from their websites and complete.
If you think your package has been lost by the shipping company, please contact US Airsoft, Inc. immediately. We need to be notified within 5 days if you're tracking information shows that your package has been delivered. This is important because we have to notify the shipping company as soon as possible. Packages that have been signed for cannot be reported as lost, as the signature obtained at the delivery address is proof of delivery. Most major shipping companies have Lost Package forms you can download from their websites and complete. We do understand that mail theft has become an issue in some areas; however, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if tracking information shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If you received your package and believe there are missing items US Airsoft, Inc. must be contacted with in 48 hours of delivery. If you're missing items in a package that has been damaged, please follow the instructions in “shipping damage”.
Incorrectly Delivered Packages
If your package is shipped to the wrong address because of the wrong address being provided at checkout, then you are not eligible for a refund of any kind. We may try to contact you if we think the address you provided is incomplete or invalid. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and accurate address. If you think your package may be going to the wrong address or you realize you entered in an incorrect address, you may contact the carrier and request that the package be rerouted to a local pick up location.
If you think your package has been stolen then please notify your local authorities immediately. We can help you in opening an official investigation. Theft of mail and tampering with mail is a federal offense and taken very seriously. If you open an investigation please be advised that an investigator will likely contact you via phone, in person, or online to further investigate your claim.
We understand that mail theft has become an issue in some areas; however, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen if the tracking information states that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for delivery. If you are concerned that your location may not be safe to accept deliveries then we strongly recommend you use a location that is secure such as a pick up location such as a UPS or FedEx store.
Orders of batteries of ANY kind, cans of Green Gas propellant, or Co2 CANNOT be shipped through any form of Expedited or Express shipping. (i.e 3day, 2day or next day). If you are ordering any of these items along with other items and want the other items expressed, we suggest you place two separate orders. Make sure the order with any restricted items is going ground only.
If you order any of the listed restricted items along with other items, we will send ALL items through regular ground shipping and refund you the difference in the shipping cost.
